Well my ignorance will shine here but what exactly do you do at a seminar? Is it worth going to if you don't have a dog?

I think of seminar as a BIG classroom with demonstrations. If you have a dog you demonstrate your concerns and the teacher will observe and then guide you with their expertise on how to address the concerns and also demonstrate so you can hear and see what the suggestions is. Sometimes it is great to attend a seminar without a dog and listen and learn. Lots of concepts to absorb and you will even see people take notes to bring home and review. If you are new to the sport, this is a good way to get a real good idea of the time, energy and frustrations this sport puts you thru, but for some of us, well worth it!!

Great explination. Also if there is a peticular aspect of the sport you want to train going to a seminar with a specialist in that area can help one get a solid foundation or training plan to follow. Fees: $75 a day to enter with a dog Spectating $20 for both days. Already it is half full so if anyone is interested please contact me Wendy Schmitt www.landgrafk9.com
