For some reason I thought I had made an introduction before, but I guess not, so here it is...
I'm located in southeast Missouri (right in the middle of nothingness). I have two pit mixes (Rafe and Soda) from our local shelter and a Dobergirl (Pele). I dabbled in schutzhund with both pitties, and Rafe has his BH. I was hoping to get his SchH1 soon but a leg injury from a year ago has been bothering him lately, so we will see. I may end up just trialing him in OB.
Pele is a red and rust bitch from Poland, sired by Bojan v Havelland, out of Dura Lex Palonia Darla. She is still very young (7 months), but her OB is going well and bitwork is coming along nicely. She has been started in tracking, but it is the bane of my existance, so I haven't done as much as I should with her in that deparement.
Right now I am focusing on schutzhund and AKC OB, but I would love to eventually get into a suit sport like PSA or Mondio.
If anyone is in the area that would like to work dogs, I'd love to get together! Right now I'm training with a small group about an hour away from me.
