Even though these videos probably take the worst cases- and I don't agree with ALL of it, a lot of what they say is true about show dogs... and very sad IMO!
It is about show dogs and how the breeds are going downhill by a lot of people taking the standards to the extreme.

This was aired on TV in Australia. It was then taken on by current affairs programs that interviewed our kennel club and also the university veterinary geneticists and experts. Several forums were held and it looked promising for changes then fizzled out to nothing.

Thats the way the media works I guess.

Sadly, if we are not careful, this, too could happen to our beloved dobermanns. They are already heading down that path. Inch by inch is a cinch, yard by yard is hard.

Fine boned weak body structure, loooong necks, delicate silhouettes, total disregard for health issues, whites, etc. The writing is on the wall.
