Welcome Lord, It appears that this is your first post here at USA doberman. Welcome to the forum. Whereabouts did you come from in Europe?
It seems in North America most working people prefer German Shepherds and Malinois. Some people use other breeds, such as Dobermans, Giant Schnauzers, Beaucerons, Black Russian Terriers, and so on. I think part of why the GSDs and Mali's are so popular is because people tend to race wanting titles and such, and maybe don't necessarily enjoy the journey of training so much.
Anyways, I am not so sure where to post the information for your seminar, but I'm sure someone else here will be able to help you with that.
Welcome!

My point was that if you look at the trend people think they will be more successful with breeds that are more frequently used in work. For example, when posting in an all breed working forum, most will advise a GSD for a new sch.H person. This desire to be successful drives people to use more frequently used breeds. We know better

Hi Lord,
What type of seminar is it? If its a Schutz seminar, the Protection Sports section would be the right place. If it is a tracking specific seminar, then tracking area would be more appropriate. Dobermann specific seminars would go under the Breed section and any other type of seminar can be listed under general disussion.
You can also add them to the calendar using the link at the very top of the forum page.
Welcome and we look forward to seeing you online

Welcome to the group. Based on joing two online forums, SAR work with a Dobie doesn't seem to be nearly as popular as other sports. The UDC has a SAR puppy program, but I'm not sure if it's to generate interest or if it's in response to interest that is already there.
