Hi I'm Patrick and I'm living in small town near Antwerp Belgium. Over the years I've owned 6 dobes and competed with 3 of them. Currently I own 2 dobes Dax van het Donauhof and a 5 month old pup Ike van het donauhof. Nice new forum Vadim

Hi Patrick, sorry I don't know how to post photos on the new forum, but there are some 'old photos' of Ijanko on his page at Working-Dog.eu - you could take a look there; are you a member? Love Ike's 'spitzname' noodles - Ijanko is also known as 'Janko-Bonkers', and my daughter (who lives in Manhatten, New York City) calls him 'Yonkers' after that section of NYC ;D When the weather is better I have promised Gerda and Evi a visit - perhaps we can meet when I am there. Elaine If I'm not at work and if I'm free I'll come to Heist goor no problem. btw:Is Ijanko the one with the black collar? I hesitated between him and Ike when I made my choice.

Yes, Ijanko is 'black collar' - is Ike the big 'purple' male? When I first saw the puppies at 5 weeks they had been innoculated the day before and were all a bit sleepy, except for Dirk's 'red' female who was still quite lively. At 7 weeks, there was no doubt in my mind that 'black' was my boy! (although purple and orange were also 'lookers'). Our winter weather has been quite severe for this part of Germany, so there is not much possibility for training - just lots of ball playing in the snow! What are you doing with Ike? A treff in Heist-op-den-Berg when the weather is better sounds good. I am wondering if we may have met a while back in Erfstadt - Dirk was there with a few others from Belgium?
