Just wanted to say that I thought I was going to go to the Sch nationals tonight to be with great friends and see great dogs! But in stead I spent the night at the vets saying good bye to the best dog I have ever owned and although I am a dobe girl due to the horrible health issues with dobes I have strayed a few times and owned some wonderful rotts as well. Dillon was one of these dogs as a matter of fact he was the dog!! So I just wanted to say that no matter what happens on the field, our feelings can be hurt we feel that things are corrupt or the trophy goes to the wrong person. I just want to say that at the end of the day for me it is for the love of the dogs and the dog will always come before the sport. I only have to report to my self and be pround of what I have accomplished and by doing it with postitive training methods Yes I will never be the best at this sport but I love to make new friends that love the dogs as much as I do. All I can say is I would give up any score or any trophy to have a happy healthy dog any day!! So give each one of your dogs a big hug and enjoy the weekend and the time you are allowed. Good night my sweet prince now go play ball!!! Lianne Rae

"It came to me that every time I lose a dog they take a piece of my heart with them. And every new dog who comes into my life, gifts me with a piece of their heart. If I live long enough, all the components of my heart will be dog, and I will become as generous and loving as they are."
