Jethro (my DS) and I are now a certified Detection team for the sole odor of Chinese Drywall!!! As far as is known, he is the second dog certified solely for this. I couldn't be more proud of my wild child! For more info in the drywall issue, please visit out site (new and still growing): k9detectionservice.com/

For those of you that have not heard, back in 2004-2007, the US imported a bunch of drywall from China. We have since discovered some very disturbing effects of a chemical compound in this drywall causing people to gut their houses and rebuild, or just to totally demolish them. The following is some additional info for you... www.cnn.com/2009/US/11/23/chinese.drywall/index.html

Sorry for not resopnding sooner. Yes, the call for the dogs is growing quickly since the alternative is to cut out pieces of the drywall to send into a lab and is very expensive! We are waiting to push the advertising until we have a few more dogs certified, but, expect it to explode when we do.
