Please understand that im only interessted in working my dobermann. I dont really care for the politics. But what i am tired of seing is dobermann shaped labradore's in england. The health issues and the fact that they have been diluted of all their working capability really annoys me.

The ukda seem to be the only organization (that i have come across) to try to get dobes back to their fomer selves. So that is why i agree with what they do. I have never come across the great britain working dobermann club? If they are still around could you send me a link?

I think you are aware of GBWDC I believe you have spoken to 'our' Chairman ( George Robinson )about a pup from his bitch.
Politics unforetuneately can't be ignored if 'you' train shutzhund in the UK we have two GSD clubs belonging to WUSV who constantly disagree and two Dobermann clubs who are members of the IDC that resulted from a breakaway group .

Yes I agree about the Dobermann/labrador shape here but thats what the 'show' people breed not the 'sport' people who rarely breed if ever. You have come across the GBWDC website it is now the UKDA website , when 'we' split the club the members who left us formed the UKDA and their Chairman who was our ex Chairman had control of the site and took this with him.

George has pm'd me asking if i spoke to him about it and i can assure you i havnt. Not in recent years anyway. I spoke to him about 5/6 years ago when i came across his website but that was only out of intrest into working dobes. (i was still living with my parents the time) I say 5 6 years as i know i wasnt driving and he invited me to come and watch a training session, But i wasnt driving at the time so i could not attend.

When i started back looking for dobes about a year ago i noticed his website had not been updated for some time so i moved on. I would like to know if he and yourself are still training and if i get chance i would like to see you and your dogs work if possible. Allways good to see dobes working
