Melody's contact info is in the original message I posted. I'd suggest anyone "worried about what has happened" contact her and NOT turn this forum into another Dober Gossip list.

are you advertising the litter or is she? i cant find an original message. I will state over again: Melody's contact info is contained in the original message. For those who can not scroll to the top of the message here it is again: msfaifer@gmail.com If ANYONE should have concerns or questions in regards to this litter I suggest you go to the source. And by "suggest" I mean that any further speculation, gossip or any other nonsense will result in this, and any other, threads to be closed. Tamara McIntosh

and concerns about the other dogs that were in amanda shadforth's care that may or may not have made it out? who do we direct those to?
is there EVER going to be a discussion about what went on, or are we going to sweep this under the carpet and let her do it all over again, under another name, whenever she chooses to?
where is ascomannis ingo? we know tori has brownie. what happened to piper and rommel?
friday we already know died - in a crate, in the garage?

Kim,
It looks like you have more information then most of us already? It also looks like you missed Tamara's warning? THIS list isn't about gossip and speculation. There are plenty of Dober lists where you can get the information you want.

Then why are all the post nowadays nothing but happy birthdays and puppy-wuppy pics (Patrick's recent working pics not included)? This forum used to have discussions about the working Dobermans. Now it seems to be an extention of DC with not much going on about sport. And as that Amanda stuff involved working Dobermans, why is it off limits on a working Doberman forum?

I was contacted by the person (a non Dobermann owner) that rescued Ingo. She was very concerned with placing him in an appropriate home. He doing well in his new home and when and if the new owner wants to come forward, she will. If someone has FACTS about this situation then they can start a NEW topic. This topic was a litter announcement.

It was two years on the 23rd of August and no word. There was a story last night on the local news about a dog that had been missing for a year that found it's way home, so there is still a remote chance that he'll still show up someday. I do have a new female in the house as of a couple of weeks ago Winterfell Arya 9 months old, all natural Dobergirl.

Bold mine. Really? Then why are all the post nowadays nothing but happy birthdays and puppy-wuppy pics (Patrick's recent working pics not included)? This forum used to have discussions about the working Dobermans. Now it seems to be an extention of DC with not much going on about sport. And as that Amanda stuff involved working Dobermans, why is it off limits on a working Doberman forum? Erynn and dobedvm, This board is generated by its members and as such it is everyones responsibility to generate topics for discussion. If you would like to discuss issues related to training or dobes feel free. THIS topic includes a kennel NOT owned by Amanda, dogs NOT owned by Amanda and there are puppies and yes reputations affected that are NOT Amanda's. It seems you both would like to smear Melody thru the mud as well and that is simply not fair. I know you both care deeply about this situation, however taking Melody and her kennel name thru the dirt is NOT the way to go about this and I would hope you are both consciencious enough to understand that. If either of you would like to start a topic in the off discussions area, that is FACTUAL only, and as a WARNING to other breeders to stay away from Amanda, that would be fair and allowable, and more than likely needed. But it is NOT fair to warn people or discuss this under the von haus mann "C" litter kennel heading. THAT is why I wrote my last post as I did. I am unsure about the rest of the board, but I have been @ss kicking busy training and trialing my own dogs to be online often this summer. I also have no idea what DC is??? So I am pretty sure I am not an extension of it... I think. If you want to talk working dobes, start topics. My topics mostly are about ring, and that is a very small audience. Erynn you train for sch which is more popular and Kim (I think that is your first name) you are active in several obedience and agility venues, so start some discussions! Tamara McIntosh
