Hi Fuss,
The chat room is not restricted. In most cases the issue with accessing it can be resolved by updating the JAVA version on your computer. Let me know if you continue to have trouble.

Another potential solution is to download the Mozilla/Firefox browser. its free and seems to have less problems the Explorer. Try this link to Download www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/personal.html make sure to choose your operating system |

Hey, Vadim, thank you so much for your help. I suspect it is something to do with my firewall at work. I tried the Java thing. It opens the chat now but with bunch of error messages. I will try at home if I have free time to spare! I am happy at least my IT does not block me (yet) to be able to open your website, lol |

I've been trying to get on the chat today, and have no success- tried the Java Downloads twice with no effect. Any way you can help??
I used to have no problem before....?

I have Windows 7 on the laptop and run IE as well as Firefox. The IE sometimes has issues with the forum and our chat, but, I've had no issues using the Firefox for either.
