I just got a really nice custom biothane collar from Serious Dog Supply. The product was high quality and the turn around was snappy. I know they do all sorts of custom biothane work so perhaps give them a try.

I also got a nice biothane line from Full Grip Gear. It's not my impression that Bill has as many custom choices or is as fast but the line was great quality.
